Razor Wheel

This was a fun but dangerous project to see if I could make a rotary cutting tool that used utility knife blades. It is comprised of 2 halves with formed cavities and ridges that bolt together. It takes 6 standard utility knife blades. It can cut cardboard and that is about it. It is fantastically dangerous to the user and any bystanders due to the risk of kickback. This design does not have a practical application.
