Automated Garden Pump

This project was designed around a self watering, microcontroller managed vegetable/herb garden concept. While I ultimately wound up using an off the shelf solution, this pump was completely functional (it did eventually fail where the motor connected to the impeller). It actually had a relatively high rate of flow. The garden project eventually got off the ground when I just used a store-bought pump (simpler is usually better).
